Letter from Sonia Gandhi as the Chairperson of the NAC, reminded Prime Minister Manmohan Singh the NCMP's commitment to a "progressive, particpatory and meaningful" RTI Act. Also suggested to the PM that amendments, to the Freedom of Information Act 2002, proposed by the NAC be considered by the government.
