Dear Mr. Habibullah,

 I am very impressed to read your latest announcement of penalties on
 erring officials. I was very worried about your soft approach that it might set a
 wrong precedence to officials who either ignorantly or willing hide
 information from citizens. I agree that it will take time for officials to
 learn the RTI fully and properly implement but one year is good enough and
 further waiting may totally ruin this wonderful act.

 However you have allayed my fears and recent stronger activities have
 given me enough confidence that you will protect RTI fully.

 Thanking you and I look forward to more action on successful
 implementation.
