Dear All,

In my city,i.e Hassan, we the residents were forced to tolerate the Banner / Cutout menance. Huge publicity posters(all pertaining to political leaders) exhibiting birth day wishes, anouncing some poltical rally,some one welcoming to a village function etc wer put up in a prominent circle of our city.

The Right to Information Act has come to the rescue of a former trustee of a charitable educational trust who was illegally removed by presenting signatures of dead and fictitious members.

The original papers of the trust's no-confidence motion, which were in the charity commissioner's office, were substituted with the forged papers in alleged collusion with the office staff. The charity commissioner's office then passed an order to oust Qamar S Qazi, the trustee.

Khetramani Samantrai bought a small piece of land near Dhauli, Bhubaneswar from Subha Behera.  Karunakar Swain a notary prepared the land deed documents, which was submitted at the District Sub-Register Office (DSO) in Bhubaneswar after completion of the legal formalities. But Khetramani did not receive the original documents in spite of producing the receipt of the deed.
 

Dear all,
Today was last day of our campaign 'drive against bribe' in pune, thogh due to rain  and riots response was poor we are happy that somebody in  pune  finaly got success in RTI.today mr savarkar who had visited the campaign center on 5 th july had sent his requisition under RTI to PIO ,passport office pune on 6th july, called me and and said "Sir RTI works !",I have recieved my passport by courrier just now,thanks to RTI.
